About Fool's gold

Fool's gold jewellery is designed and handmade in Australia by Georgina Cole.  Using waxed linen, metal beads, and cut and natural semi-precious stones, she combines colours, materials and textures in simple yet unexpected ways.  Each necklace or bracelet draws attention to the rough beauty of minerals and the natural geometry of crystal structures.  Bold simplicity, strong colour, and truth to materials are the hallmarks of her design.
